Counseling is an essential element in career preparation because it assists students in identifying career goals and in selecting appropriate training programs. Center personnel will counsel Adult General Education students and assess those students who receive 12 hours or more of instruction with an approved district test to determine appropriate placement. The Student Services Department is located in room D-1. Counselors are available Monday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. They will help students plan their educational program, career placement and assist with job opportunities.
